To convert each and every division under Kerala water authority to self-sustained profit canters, providing 24×7 pressurized drinking water supply at assured quantity and quality to all house holds, by optimising the production, operational cost and resource usage through continues monitoring, process improvement and by including modern/alternate technologies, automation (Smart Water Management)
Mission
A. Ensuring 24×7 water supply by
- Running plants at 100% efficiency and optimum capacity
- Including alternate technology like desalination
B. Reduce the gap between cost of production and revenue by
- Optimum use of resources
- Monitoring and controlling NRW through smart interventions
- Identifying and utilising cheaper and renewable energy sources
C. Ensuring quality of supplied water by continues monitoring through automated sensors
D. Facilitating skill improvements in operational areas in association with training center of KWA
Brining in efficiency altogether through “Smart Water Management” and setting up of command and control Centre at Head Quarters
