The Government of Kerala and the Kerala Water Authority (KWA) have achieved a noteworthy milestone. In the\u00a0Ease of Doing Business \u2013 2024<\/em>\u00a0report, Kerala secured the\u00a0top position in the Fast Mover Category<\/strong>.<\/div>

This national-level distinction was earned by successfully implementing\u00a099.3% of the prescribed reforms<\/strong>\u00a0under the\u00a0Business Reforms Action Plan + Reduction of Compliance Burden \u2013 2024<\/em>. Kerala also attained\u00a0Top Achiever Status<\/strong>\u00a0across four key business-related reform domains which includes KWA\u2019s providing water connection also.<\/p>

KWA\u2019s business-friendly initiatives\u2014particularly the implementation of the online water connection system through the in-house developed\u00a0E-Tapp application<\/strong>, along with the simplification of various business processes\u2014received high national-level ratings and contributed significantly to this remarkable achievement.<\/p>

Additionally, in the customer satisfaction survey conducted by the Central Government,\u00a0over 90% of business consumers<\/strong>\u00a0who utilized KWA\u2019s online services provided positive feedback, further reinforcing the state\u2019s success in this assessment.<\/p>\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
