കൊച്ചി കോർപ്പറേഷൻ മേഖലയിലെ ജല വിതരണ ശൃംഖലയിലെ പരിപാലനത്തിനായി കേരള വാട്ടർ അതോറിറ്റി 24×7 എന്ന മൊബൈൽ യൂണിറ്റ് പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ചു. ജല വിതരണ പൈപ്പുകളിൽ നിന്നുണ്ടാകുന്ന അറ്റകുറ്റപണികൾക്കും ഉപഭോക്താക്കളുടെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്കും പരിഹാരം കാണുന്നതിനായിട്ടാണ് ഈ യൂണിറ്റ് പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ചത്. മൊബൈൽ യൂണിറ്റിന്റെ ഔപചാരികമായ ഉത്‌ഘാടനം 16.11.2020 ന് ശ്രീ. പ്രണബ് ജ്യോതിനാഥ്, സ്‌പെഷ്യൽ സെക്രട്ടറി, ജല വിഭവ വകുപ്പ് നിർവഹിച്ചു. കേരള വാട്ടർ അതോറിറ്റി കൺട്രോൾ റൂം 0484 -236169 ആയി ബന്ധപെട്ടാണ് മൊബൈൽ യൂണിറ്റ് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നത്.
